The state is destroying the environment, and blaming you. They’re also starting wars and blaming you for the resulting economy. There’s all that and more in the latest episode of The Agorist Nexus Podcast. This was recorded a week ago, but some stuff got in the way of releasing it, so we’re releasing it now.
On another day in the hellscape, Dag and I were discussing agriculture, and I brought up the raw milk farmer who peacefully resisted a government warrant which allowed them to exert their overreach on his property, and attempt to inspect the internal workings. Vernon Hershberger won his case in 2013, but only after a lengthy legal battle and some good old jury nullification, which helped him get the leverage he needed after the feds came back following an unsuccessful raid because he refused to unlock his doors. A very good example of the kinds of stuff they would rather spend money on than literally anything useful or protective to the common person.
Dag then went over some other lawsuits, and some ways the feds can be fought. And he discussed a path forward through the Institute of Justice, along with the absurd legal requirements for what can and can’t be called milk. He expanded on that by talking about a recent agricultural lockdown resulting from African snails. So I brought up the case of the entire family who got arrested because they refused an inspection which was done on unethical grounds. A bunch of cars were going through that checkpoint, with no problems, and no inspections, but the woman refused to even admit that it was a search, because that would blow open the fact that it was unconstitutional. Not that the state cares about their constitution.
I then brought up that if they actually cared about the environment or protecting people, they would shut down places like Red Hill (a massive source of local water pollution and life disruption in Hawaii), but the fact that they won’t because this is a source of revenue, and because the military industrial complex does not care about anybody’s health, even if they are American citizens. But of course, the US government is pretty far from ethical in that regard, which is why they’re willing to sell $5B of weapons to Saudi Arabia, in order to buffer an economy that they intentionally fucked up, and cozy up to an oil country after they publicly condemned and sanctioned another. A genocide in Yemen is okay as long as Ukraine and their Nazis, are protected. You can hear or read more about that on the episode before this one.
After I went over a brief checklist of what I would do with the $60 billion that’s already been sent to Ukraine, I also highlighted the fact that the US military and Jon Stewart are working directly with Disney and ESPN in order to award Nazis medals . They hosted a big game, and gave somebody with a sonnenrad tattoo, an award for being the heart of the team. The team had ties to both Azov Battalion and Right Sector, and the “heart of the team” medal went directly to somebody wearing an Azov Battalion shirt, and hiding a Nazi tattoo under a Ukrainian flag. There’s not many things more appropriate than hiding true intentions under a country’s flag. I’d say he represented the country well.
But all that is okay, because it’s protecting and country based on freedom, right? Well, no.
And another example of that is domestic surveillance accessing a bunch of phone data at once, including what you use it for, by accessing aspects of your location – Fog Reveal is software that allows them to exploit technology vulnerabilities in your phone in order to do just that. Naturally, I tied that back in to the fact that the US government and social media companies are working together to police a certain narrative around the Ukraine situation. I then went on to talk about how the EFF is opposed to governments working with social media companies in order to censor certain content.
And of course, another opportunity to bring up the article I wrote about how Facebook is not a private company, so I brought that up too. And, to top it all off, the WEF wants to use AI to censor social media posts before they even reach the platform.
We then went over the fact that power companies are now turning off the power for people’s homes because they believe they are misusing them by using too many utilities. It’s not okay to use the air conditioner when it gets hot, according to certain power companies, but I demonstrated why that’s one component of something much worse; I demonstrated how it’s a part of the control mechanism being created by people like Elon Musk. How his satellites, cars, neural lace, and a variety of other things, have created an evil environment which is only going to get worse the more people depend on it. And with California banning new gas cars by 2035, it’s either a brilliant ploy to get people buying gas cars right now, and buying more expensive gas to fuel the petroleum industry, or it’s a way to force people’s dependence on things that can be remotely controlled, and shut down.
Either way, we hope you tune in for the next episode, and share this with anyone you know. It’s only going to get worse if we remain quiet.
